The Mitchelton Gallery of Aboriginal Art was established in 2018 and features some of the largest works produced by Australia's most revered Indigenous artists.
From the clay pans out near Broken hill where treasured rain evaporates or soaks so quickly into the parched Earth, to the banks of the Darling River that weaves its way through the land I am drawn to this Country. All over our Country the land speaks, to waterways where Lotus pods grow or the arid desert lands the Country always speaks, she shares her beauty if you listen quietly, she reminds us everything is connected on our Journey.

The journey we all take forward is about connection to ourselves and the land around us, from the tiny seeds, to growing flowers that are delicate and yet can bloom in the toughest conditions.
