Desert Daisies

I finished this a couple of weeks ago, but she's been off being stretched. She looks so pretty.

Inspired by the beautiful paper daisies that carpet the arid lands in some parts of Australia. The daisies I painted from were sent by a friend of mine who lives out on a property near Broken Hill. Thanks loz @lozzyjohn

When I was a kid I would see these out in the bush and wonder how they would even grown out there.

I've been looking at her today whilst I've been stuck in bed with low blood pressure. Not the best start to the long weekend, but I'm sure tomorrow will be better.
