Since connecting to culture Emma has been exploring weaving, the traditional weaving of the Ngarrindjeri women, the coil weave. In this sensory program, each participant will be guided through creating their own masterpiece. This activity promotes a safe space for sharing stories, listening to others and learning more about each other and traditional and contemporary forms of weaving. Resources are available throughout the session with information about different techniques and styles of weaving
Basket weaving is conducted over 4 hours and each participant leaves with a finished weave. Minimum of 6 participants, maximum of 20 (all materials included) $140 p/p
